Welcome to VibeUp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VibeUp application ("App"), operated by Mahajan and Pandey Software Solutions PVT. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is not available to users located in France.
VibeUp is a wellness app designed to help users raise their vibrations by providing various mindfulness activities. By using the App, you agree to engage with these activities responsibly and in a manner consistent with your well-being.
The App may allow you to submit, post, or share content, such as text, images, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, and by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and our services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws or regulations.
VibeUp offers two subscription plans: monthly and annual. By subscribing to one of these plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as set forth in the App. We reserve the right to change the pricing for our subscription plans at any time, with prior notice to you. All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused services. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your subscription.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mahajan and Pandey Software Solutions PVT. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must destroy any copies of the App or its content in your possession.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be governed by the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, for the resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for any updates or changes.
